It is unmade. Goshnar's army stands down, and a lich-hunter out of work is a happy man. Ask me again in a month -- the dead have a way of finding new masters.
The Corruptor
The Corruptor is not a being. It is the antithesis of creation - the primordial darkness that resisted the gods' shaping of reality. It cannot be killed by normal means. Only the Voidheart Crystal can unmake it.
The Seven Aspects
Goshnar split himself into seven aspects -- Hatred, Cruelty, Spite, Malice, Greed, and twin Megalomanias. Each one is a piece of his lich-god power. Destroy all seven, and Goshnar's Heart is exposed. But they feed on each other -- kill one, and the others grow stronger.
Goshnar's Heart
Goshnar's Heart is the source of his power. It's not a physical heart -- it's a soul-furnace, burning the souls of the dead to sustain his undeath. Destroy it, and Goshnar falls. But the Heart is guarded by all seven aspects at once. You'll need to destroy them first.
The Necropolis Below Dawnport
Goshnar's necropolis is far below Thornhaven's catacombs -- but it connects to everything. The temple cellar in Dawnport Reef. The sewers of Thornhaven. The catacombs beneath every old city. Goshnar has been growing for millennia, spreading his roots through the earth. The rats in Dawnport were his fingers. The necromancer in Thornhaven was his voice. We didn't know. Now we do.
The Prophecy
Prophecy? I've hunted the dead in every grave on this map. Whatever's written, the dead still have to be fought one at a time. Bring the verses if you find them -- paper burns the same as prayer, but it burns.
